For those of you who followed my Instagram (IG Username:Eryn Stunner) You know I posted a quick and easy recipe of a Greek yogurt entree. Most people think since they’re eating yogurt that it’s healthy for you OR even that they’re eating ANY Greek yogurt it’s healthy and okay to eat non stop like you would as a healthy “snack”. But that’s NEGATIVE. You INDEED need to read the labels before you purchase yogurt. My advice is to stick to PLAIN Greek yogurt. It’s the healthiest for you and you can add fresh fruit, honey, and/or cinnamon, etc to make it taste better for you! Rather than buying a flavored yogurt that’s high in sugars and fat. Which ends up being just as bad as eating regular yogurt. I use VANILLA Greek yogurt when I’m trying to cure my sweet tooth, but not what I eat on a daily basis!
